Week of April 9th

A Frank Conversation with Elizabeth Edwards, p. 38.

Read the Newsweek interview with Elizabeth Edwards, wife of the 2008 Presidential candidate John Edwards. Then, answer the following questions:

What would be the hardest thing for you to face if you were diagnosed with cancer?

What does Elizabeth want the day before she dies to look like?

What would you like to do the day before you die?

If doctors wanted you to try an untested cancer drug, would you do it?

How the Saudi King is Trying to Heal the Arab World, 42

According to the Saudis, why is Ahmadinejad using rhetoric against Israel, supporting Hizbullah and the Hamas?

Why did Abdullah ask Ahmadiejad, “Do you think those US warships are out there on vacation?”

In your opinion, what should Saudi Arabia do to maintain peace in the Middle East?

1-Because he want to have support among the region's from shiites and sunnies.

2-Because Abdullah's sense of urgency about the iranian threat, and what might occur to them if the iranian keep racing to become a nuclear power.

3- I think all Arab States must be in union to stop the bloddy, massy, civil war between races such as:sunnies and shittes like what happen in iraq and lebanon.

- that because he wants to have support from both sides: Shiites and Sunnis.
- Because Abdullah is not satisfy about the Iranian, so he wants to warn him about the nuclear power.
-I think as they Arabs andthey share the same language and most of them share the same religion which is Islam, they should be one strong union and don't don't forget that they all are Muslims, no matter if someone is Shiite or Sunni.

- He wanted to have support among both regions, among the Shiites and Sunnis.

- It's because Abdullah has a sense of urgency about the Iranian threat in what happened in SEP 2005, and what might have if Ahmadinejad kept in finishing the nuclear power.

- And because Saudi Arabia have the first and biggest power to control the situation in the middle-east , Saudi Arabia only needs one union from all Arabs in order to to be one power end evil.
